Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Todo it iOS app (the “App”), published by Tocaan (the “Developer”, “we”). By installing or using the App you agree to the following. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. The App itself, its icon, source layout, and the accompanying website remain the property of the Developer.

2. Your content

All tasks, goals, documents, photos, and notes you create or import (your “Content”) belong to you. We do not claim any ownership over your Content and we never see it — see the Privacy Policy for details. You are solely responsible for the legality of what you store and for backing it up.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as Apple's standard licence terms permit.
• Use the App to store, share, or transmit content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Misuse the in-app share / print / tap-to-call features to send unsolicited messages or harass others.

4. Disclaimers

The App is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to ship a stable, well-tested product, but software contains bugs. Reminder notifications depend on iOS, which may delay or drop them under low-power modes — do not rely on the App for time-critical notifications (medication, safety, etc.).

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App (currently nothing).

6. Updates & availability

We may release updates that change features, fix bugs, or add new functionality. We may also discontinue the App at any time. When that happens you keep the version installed on your device, but new installs and updates may stop working when the underlying OS or libraries change.

7. Third-party services

The App relies on Apple-provided services (iCloud, Vision, VisionKit, QuickLook, Notifications) and on Google Fonts for font delivery. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on their side.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially we will update the Effective date above and post the new version at the same URL. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts, unless an applicable consumer-protection law mandates otherwise.
